These terms govern the use of Signal Grid and signalgrid.es. By using the app or website, you accept these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Use license
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Signal Grid under these terms and the App Store rules.
In-app purchases
Signal Grid Premium is a one-time non-consumable purchase handled by Apple. Prices, taxes, payment methods, refunds, and billing are managed through Apple and the App Store.
No virtual coins, loot boxes, sweepstakes, or real-money gambling are offered.
Permitted use
You must not attempt to tamper with the app, bypass purchase systems, interfere with Game Center, extract resources without authorization, or use Signal Grid for illegal purposes.
Intellectual property
Signal Grid, its design, text, graphics, code, brand, and assets belong to their owners. No rights are granted except the use license described here.
Availability and changes
We may fix bugs, adjust difficulty, modify features, remove experimental functionality, or publish updates to improve stability, security, or compliance.
Limitation of liability
Signal Grid is provided as an entertainment game. It does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of external features such as the App Store, StoreKit, or Game Center. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
